The colours of the boxes shown on our website are provided as a guideline and are accurate in terms of photography but may vary depending on the type and resolution of your own computer / mobile screen. If you require more accurate confirmation of the box colours and ribbon supplied with them please order a swatch card before placing your bulk order. We supply a swatch card free of charge, or one is sent automatically with a sample purchase. We cannot accept the cost of returning goods based on colour expectations taken from our website alone.Box and ribbon colours may vary slightly from order to order due to printing colour variations on production but these will be minimal. Sizes quoted are approximate +/- 2-3mm. Please do not order boxes for a specific size product unless you are sure it will fit, we cannot accept the cost of returning goods based on specific size requirements.
Carriage & Handling
Goods are generally despatched every day Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from our office in Co Louth on a 4 working day service (does not include Saturday or Sunday). This service is not guaranteed and you should allow up to 5-7 days depending on your location and especially to more remote areas, or during peak times such as Christmas.
Our website does offer delivery to overseas locations, please contact us if you require delivery to a country not currently showing carriage costs via the drop-down country menu on the cart page.
Guarantee and Returns
If you need part-replacement for damaged goods, please contact us and we will advise the best options for arranging return/replacement/credit.
If you need to return the product for whatever reason, please contact us so we can advise you and make the necessary arrangements.
Unfortunately, due to the fact we cannot control the storage conditions of delivered goods, we cannot accept return or replacement of defective goods after 14 days from delivery. Please check your delivery carefully upon receipt to ensure you are entirely satisfied.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving delivery, otherwise, no claim will be entertained.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Scheduling, Cancellation & Refunds:
Propose 2 Me will do our best to accommodate your preferred date of proposal, this is subject to supplier and venue availability and cannot be guaranteed until booking is confirmed. Cancellation after payment and agreement may result in loss of refund.
Propose 2 Me will never exchange your personal data with any external or third-parties.
Propose 2 Me hold the right to refuse any client under the age of 18.
Assumption of Risk:
Propose 2 Me are not liable for accidental injury or loss of personal items during any activity and all proposals are booked under the client's own risk. Dependent on your proposal there may be safety risks and hazards, your participation is voluntary. Propose 2 Me cannot take any responsibility if you do not get a YES! However, we do hold a 100% success rate.

All parties must abide by each supplier own rules. All suppliers are third-party who fulfil various services and activities for most of our proposals.
